The name Roush Cemetery is included on topographical maps for the location of Bing Cemetery II. The book "Ohio Cemeteries 1803-2003" included Roush Cemetery as an alternate name based upon the topographical map, although the Gallia County Historical Society in its book "Cemeteries of Addison Township, Gallia County, Ohio" does not recognize Roush Cemetery as an alternate name for the Bing Cemetery II. The book "Ohio Cemeteries 1803-2003" then confused Bing Cemetery II and the Roush Cemetery in Cheshire Township, noting that they might be the same, which they are not.

The cemetery is registered with the Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing (ODRE) by the Addison Township Trustees as Bing 2 Cemetery with registration license number CGR.0000983388.
