"Darlene Hood Goodloe passed away on July 8th, 2000 at Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at 71 years of age. She was born in Okeene, Oklahoma on March 11, 1929. She had resided in Guymon, Oklahoma for the past 24 years and attended Victory Memorial United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir and served as President of UMW. She was a Past Matron of the Order of Eastern Star, President of the Lioness Club, held several offices in BPW, and was a member of Delphinium Garden Club. She was active in the Senior Citizen's Center where she served as Treasure for 4 years. Her hobbies were gardening, quilting, reading and playing Bridge. She worked in Civil Service as Office Clerk until retirement in 1989.

She was preceded in death by a son, Dardis Hood, Jr. in 1981; husband, Dardis Hood in 1982; her mother and father, Abraham and Sarah Hoffman of Okeene, Oklahoma; a sister, Edna Dout; brother, Raymond Reinschmidt; and a niece, Janice Dout.

Survivors include her husband, Richard G. Goodloe of Guymon; a son, Kendall R. Hood and his wife, Beth, of College Station, TX; daughter, Kathi Wortham and husband, Gary, of Broken Arrow, OK; grandsons, Kyle Hood, Nathan Hood, and Aaron Wortham; granddaughters, Kenna Moskal and husband, David, and Linnea Wortham; 2 nieces, Theresa Gardner and husband, Michael; Donna Villa and husband, Jaime; 4 nephews, Randall Dout and wife, Sharon; Kenneth Dout and wife, Pat; Tom Dout and wife,Carol; and Billy Dout and wife, Christy; also, 3 step children, Joyce Holland and husband, Paul; Janice Allen and husband, Larry; and Bill Goodloe and wife, Mary Ann; 7 step grandchildren, Brad Joachims, Julie Joachims, Kelly Allen, Lisa Ray, Kevin Goodloe, Keith Goodloe and Kyle Goodloe; 3 step great-grandchildren, Addison Ray, Ashlyn Ray and Timmy Joachims; and sister-in-law, Nancy Goodloe and Betty Goodloe.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday morning, July 13th at 10:30 am at the Victory Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Chaffin, pastor, officiating."
